The TMMS wireless temperature monitoring system is developed based on the ST4000 series wireless temperature measurement devices. It is an intelligent full-plant electrical temperature monitoring management system for high and medium voltage power systems (0.4 - 110KV) and electrical motor node equipment with high temperature requirements. It is a modern high-tech product that integrates temperature measurement, data collection, data analysis and control functions. Its various technical indicators all meet international standards. The complete system solution can prevent potential hazards and accidents caused by temperature rise in various equipment such as switch cabinets, cables and joints, motor slip rings, switch cabinet knife switches, transformers, etc.
TMMS uses wireless temperature measurement devices to conduct real-time online monitoring of key electrical and motor equipment such as copper bars, circuit breaker nodes, cable heads, frequency converter temperatures, transformer temperatures, motor slip rings, switch cabinet knife switches, etc. It triggers over-temperature alarms and transmits the data to the main station software on the background computer via wireless or RS485 communication interfaces, making the data more intuitive. The main station processes and analyzes the data, displaying the real-time temperatures of all temperature collection points. It can query historical temperatures, historical curves, issue audible alarms for collection points exceeding the pre-alarm temperature, display on the main station interface, or send text messages to notify relevant personnel to handle the high-temperature points. It can realize functions such as remote web viewing, mobile APP viewing, SMS, phone, and WeChat alarm.
The TMMS wireless temperature monitoring system consists of a temperature collection device, a temperature receiving device and a back-end management system.
