With the rapid development of industrial enterprises, the operating status and stability of mechanical and electrical equipment are of vital importance for the safe and economic operation of the factory. Especially, the operating indicators of rotating machinery directly affect the operation quality of the equipment. Once any abnormalities occur, it will cause tremendous losses to the enterprise. The vast majority of faults in rotating machinery are closely related to mechanical movement or equipment vibration. Vibration state monitoring has the characteristics of directness, real-time nature and wide coverage of fault types. Vibration state monitoring is the core part of various predictive maintenance technologies for rotating equipment. Therefore, adopting effective means to conduct real-time monitoring of equipment vibration is an essential measure to ensure the safe operation of the enterprise, a clear sign of improving the enterprise's equipment management level, and an important component for achieving enterprise intelligence and informatization.
The vibration sensor is mainly controlled by the industrial chips from Texas Instruments in the United States. It integrates the collection of vibration, temperature, battery voltage and other data. It has a high explosion-proof protection level of Exd IIC T6 Gb/Ex Td A21 IP66 T80℃, powered by batteries, with wireless transmission, fixed with screws, and is very convenient for customers to install and use. The sensor collects vibration, temperature, battery voltage and other data about once every half an hour (this time can be changed according to customer needs), and then transmits them to the upper computer and receiving instrument through the 433 wireless network for data analysis and display, etc.
