This system is a patented control system for wireless intelligent maintenance power boxes, developed by our company based on our years of experience in the electrical industry and the practical operations of energy enterprises' factories. It is designed to address various issues with maintenance power boxes and is more intelligent, safer and more reliable. It can solve the problems currently existing in the maintenance power boxes of major industrial and mining enterprises.
The intelligent maintenance power box system consists of a background management system, servers, and intelligent maintenance power boxes. Electricians can directly submit their electricity usage applications on computers (or through mobile phone apps), and request approval from the power control personnel. The approval results will be transmitted to the background server for execution, and a temporary password will be issued to the electricians, along with the number and location of the open power sockets. The electricians can use the password to access the power box and use electricity. During the usage period, the background system will continuously monitor the circuit temperature, current, internal temperature and humidity, and power level of the power box, and implement functions such as over-limit warning and power cut-off alarm.
